About us
Our Story
Linden Homes was created to help international homeowners navigate residential renovations in Prague.
Many homeowners moving to the Czech Republic purchase apartments that require updating or reconfiguration. While skilled trades are widely available, managing a renovation without local knowledge can be challenging.
Linden Homes provides structured guidance, design insight and project coordination so that homeowners can approach renovations with clarity and confidence.
Our focus is always on creating homes that are functional, well designed and carefully executed.
Linden Homes is run by husband and wife team Imre and Petra Erguvanli. Having been together for over 17 years, they have built both a family and a professional partnership based on trust, collaboration and shared attention to detail.
After moving to the Czech Republic together, they built their own home and have completed a number of residential projects, gaining first-hand experience of the renovation and construction process locally.
Alongside raising their two children, they have developed a strong working relationship that combines design knowledge, project management and practical experience of creating homes.
Imre Erguvanli
Imre has been practicing architecture for almost two decades, working across several countries including Turkey, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic.
After completing his studies in Boston, Massachusetts, he returned to the UK where he established his own architectural practice. Through his work he developed extensive experience in residential design, planning processes and construction coordination.
Imre enjoys working closely with homeowners and guiding them through the design and renovation process. His understanding of planning regulations, construction methods and spatial design allows him to approach each project thoughtfully and develop practical solutions tailored to the needs of each home.

Petra Erguvanli
Petra brings a strong organisational and client-focused perspective to Linden Homes. With experience in managing projects and working with people from diverse international backgrounds, she plays an important role in ensuring each renovation progresses smoothly from planning through to completion.
At Linden Homes she focuses on communication, coordination and the day-to-day management of projects, helping homeowners navigate the renovation process with clarity and confidence.
